Multan:A special person from Multan,Umar Farooq, has won a gold medal in the Bricks Breaking in Special Taekwando Championship. He has made a new history in Bricks Breaking by sitting on a wheelchair. Special Olympics Pakistan championship was held in Lahore and organized in collaboration with Pioneer Para Taekwando Association Pakistan.Secretary Sports Punjab Ahsan Bhutta was chief guest on this occassion.Umar Farooq is an MBA in finance and he has also keen intrest in calligraphy and painting. Thousands of citizens have congratulated Umar Farooq for winning the Gold Medal. While expressing his views on this achievement, Umar Farooq said special persons are playing a positive role in the development of society and beloved country. Umar Farooq said he never allowed his disability to become his compulsion.
