Punjab Governor Graces KFUEIT’s 3rd Convocation

Rahim Yar Khan: The 3rd Convocation of Khawaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology (KFUEIT) witnessed the honorable presence of Chancellor and Governor Punjab, Engineer Mian Baligh ur Rahman. A total of 2903 graduates, consisting of both male and female students, were awarded degrees during this prestigious ceremony.

Prior to this event, Governor Punjab inaugurated the completion of Phase II of the university’s PC-1 project, including the Solar Park.

According to the details provided, the 3rd Convocation of KFUEIT marked a significant milestone as Chancellor and Governor Punjab, Engineer Mian Baligh ur Rahman graced the occasion with his presence. The ceremony recognized the achievements of graduates who completed their Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. degrees from 2017 to 2022. Notably, 37 students received Gold Medals, while 33 earned Silver Medals during this period.

Addressing the successful students and their parents, Chancellor and Governor Punjab, Engineer Mian Baligh ur Rahman, congratulated them on their remarkable achievements. He emphasized that the youth are the future of the nation and urged for their positive, constructive, and innovative contributions. He expressed his delight at witnessing the growth and development of KFUEIT and commended the institution for its commitment to shaping a better future through education and character development.

Engineer Mian Baligh ur Rahman stated, “Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, and Renewable Energy are the future of the world, and it’s heartening to see that KFUEIT is consistently advancing in global rankings. These successes bring us great joy.”

He extended his heartfelt congratulations to the university, its administration, and all individuals involved in these achievements.

Prior to his address, Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Muhammad Salim Tahir highlighted the university’s academic and research accomplishments, scholarship programs, infrastructure development, and ethical education.
The Convocation saw participation from various distinguished political, social, and academic figures.
