South Punjab Secretariat is active to improve public service delivery

 

Multan: South Punjab Secretariat is active to improve public service delivery in all departments. On the direction of Additional Chief Secretary South Punjab Capt.(Retd) Saqib Zafar, the progress is being checked about public complaints received by the departments. In this regard, a review meeting was held under the chairmanship of The Secretary Services & General Administration South Punjab Ms Nousheen Malik to know the status of complaints. Focal persons of all departments of South Punjab Secretariat participated in the meeting.
Addressing the meeting, Secretary Services South Punjab Nausheen Malik said that the government wants to improve public service delivery in all departments. She stress upon the need to solve complaints received on Pakistan portal on top priority basis and said that the delay will not be tolerated in this regard.She said that the concerned department should also take immediate notice of the complaint raised by the media and all the departments should play their full role to resolve the problems of the people at their doorstep.In meeting,the complaints received on the Pakistan Portal were reviewed and the status of the complaints received by Health, Education, Public Health, Board of Revenue, Livestock and other departments were checked. Deputy Secretary Ali Atif Butar, Section Officers Muhammad Ahmad Khan, Wajiha Rasool and Asadullah Shahzad were also present in the meeting.
